S-Service

S-Service is a FiveM scripting and services shop. I am not part of the general scripting or website team. I work on the support systems and other general maintenance software needed.

#Support system

Customers can open a ticket for questions, purchases, partnerships or other requests. Each ticket is handled in a private Discord thread by the appropriate support team.

Staff can claim tickets, set priorities and collect feedback once a ticket is closed. The feedback is used to show the current support rating in dedicated channels.

#Utility

The bot also provides general utility features for the Discord server, such as:

• Welcome messages, auto-assigned join roles and rules acceptance
• Moderation commands (/kick, /ban, /unban, /clear)
• Events with points, leaderboards and rewards
• Suggestions
